JustRite Papercrafts: Merry Christmas Sentiment

Hi there...welcome to the last day of our JustRite Papercrafts July Release.  Boy, this was a long release, wasn't it?  I sure hope you enjoyed every bit of it though.  Lots of beautiful news stamps and certainly lots of great inspiration from our design team as well.

Today's creations are Christmas related once again.  I know it's July, but it's best get ready, right?  So with that said, today I am using a fun stamp called Merry Christmas Sentiment.  I decided to make a card ensemble with this set as it was calling for it.

I stamped my image on all of them with different color inks and colored them in with Ranger Distress markers and than die cut my panels with Spellbinder dies to get the the border look.  I choose to use different border for each, to create a different look.  For the first on I used Spellbinders A2 Bracket Borders one.

And here is what the fun Merry Christmas Sentiment stamp looks like

And now I send you off to see one more time what my design team mates have created for you to oooh and ahhhh over.

Thanks for visiting and have a beautiful day and the rest of the week.

JustRite Papercrafts: Merry Wishes and Retro Sparkle

Hello and welcome back to another day of JustRite Papercrafts July Release.  Today we continue with Christmas stamps.

My card is featuring two new stamps, one if called Merry Wishes Vintage Labels Seven, and the other one is Retro Sparkle Cling Background Stamp.

For my card base I used Spellbinders Radiant Rectangles.  I had a lot of layering going on this card, and on my first layer I worked with a watercolor paper, which I gold embossed the Retro Sparkle Background stamp and watercolored it with light blue paint.   I gold embossed the label image onto cram card stock and die cut it with our coordinating Vintage Labels Seven dies.  I stamped my sentiment onto another cream card stock and die cut it using Spellbinders Beaded Oval dies and inked up to give it a different look.  To get a more layered look I added a pretty die from the Spellbinders A2 Tranquil Moments dies and finally I added a pretty seam binding ribbon, which I topped with Petaloo flower and trims.

And here is what the Retro Sparkle Cling Background stamp set looks like.

Well, hope you like our new stamps and that you like my little sample.  Now it's time to hop over to my design team mates blogs as they have some gorgeous creations waiting for you.

JustRite Papercrafts: Christmas Wreath

Hi there, hope you had a great weekend!  Today I have another pretty card created with a brand new JustRite Papercrafts July release stamp.

I created this fun rustic door inspired card using one of our new stamps called Christmas Wreath.

I used a white card stock, which I embossed with Spellbinders Bark M-Bossibilities and went over with walnut ink.  I cut 4 panels to make the door look and built my wreath on that.

I stamped my wreath on white watercolor paper and painted it using Ranger Distress markers.  I cut it out and I popped it up with pop dots for the raised look.

I die cut a red label using Spellbinders Gold Labels Four dies and white embossed my sentiment and once again using pop dots I added it to my card.

Here is what this beautiful Christmas Wreath Stamp looks like.

Now it's time for you to jump over to my talented design team mates blogs, as they have some beautiful creations waiting for you.  Here are the participating ladies today.

JustRite Papercrafts: Stitched Sunflowers and Stitched Vines

Hello, Happy Friday to you all!  Back again with another new card using JustRite Papercrafts July release stamps.

For my card base I used Spellbinders 5x7 Reflective Moment dies, which I have been in love with since I got, and this is the first time I got to use it, and I am so happy the way it turned out.

Than I white embossed the Stitched Vines background stamp onto white watercolor paper and watercolored it.  I also stamped my sunflower and leaves onto watercolor paper and painted those in with water color as well, and cut them out.  I also die cut a label using water color paper again and our newest dies, the Vintage Labels Eight Dies, stamped my label image on it and watercolored and finally I die cut the smallest label from the same die set and stamped my sentiment on it.  Lots of layers for sure.  As last touches I added some pretty sequins and pearls in the middle of them

Here is what the Stitched Sunflowers Vintage Labels Eight looks like.

JustRite Papercrafts: Floral Fan Clear Stamps and Vintage Fan Dies

Hi there...welcome back to day two of our July JustRite Papercrafts release.  Wait till you see the beautiful stamps and dies we are showcasing today!!!

Today we share projects with Floral Fan Elements Clear stamp set that coordinates with Vintage Fan Dies.

I had so much fun creating this card as you can see.  The fan is just super fun to work with and because of the diverse designs you can create quite different looks.  I watercolored my fan, so it looks quite old fashioned. I really love the stamp on the top part of my card, it just fit perfect on an A2 design.  And once I was done with my fan I put a pretty rose button through it.  My background was embossed with Spellbinders Cabbage Roses M-Bossibilities folder and I went over it with light blue ink.

Here is what this gorgeous Floral Fan Elements clear stamp set looks like.

And here is the coordinating Vintage Fan dies.

And now it's for you to check out what my team mates created with these new sets.  I know you will love all the inspiration!!

Well, that is it from me today.  Hope you like what you see and come back tomorrow for more!

Petaloo: Grads and Dads Blog Hop

Hello, we are having a week of Grads and Dads celebration blog hop in collaboration with Quick Quotes.  I have a couple of cards to share with you using their Calypso collection together with Petaloo's Burlap flowers.  I have to tell you I am head over heels in love with this collection!!!!  :)
Here is my first card, which could be a great gift to a Grad any day.

For this card I dry embossed the yellow paper to add more texture to it and went over it with the Blue Jeans ink pad by Quick Quotes.  I love these ink pads for sure.  I also die cut a flourish by My Favorite Things and tucked the sentiment label in it and added my pretty little Burlap  flowers and butterfly.  I think it turned out pretty sweet.

My second card is for the Dads in your life.  On this card once again I dry embossed the yellow paper to add more of a manly look to it and die cut a couple of stars and a fish tail using My Favorite Things dies.

I added the sentiment label onto the fish tail and tied around it with our blue trim and I finally I tucked the stars in and topped them with our pretty flowers and a ticket sticker.

The last thing I added was a pretty green brad to my fishtail, as I thought it just finished it off really nicely.

Well, I hope you enjoyed these cards as much as I do and get to create something soon with our pretty flowers and accessories!  For now here is the Petaloo supply list I used to create these cards:

Burlap Blossoms x 10 - Apricot
Burlap Blossoms x 10 - Ivory
Trim Asst - Shades of Blue
Brad Asst x 20 - Shades of Green

Also this is my last official blog post as a Petaloo design team member.  I so enjoyed the past couple of years as a designer for this company.  Cheryl, if you are reading this, thank you for all the gorgeous products you manufacture and I will continue using them for sure as I do love pretty things. It has been a pleasure to design, enjoyed working with the best design team members, and sometimes life just gets too busy, so it was my turn to hand over the "duty" to design with these pretty products to someone else.  Can't wait to see what Petaloo has up it's sleeves as I will be drooling over the pretty things.  :)

Thanks for stopping  by and wishing you a fabulous day as always!!

Petaloo: Graduate inspiration

Hi there, I was sharing a couple of graduation cards on the Petaloo blog last week and I wanted to share them on my blog, too.  It's that time of the season, I should know as my son just graduated from college!  I couldn't be any more proud of him!  My cards are using Quick Quotes Calypso collection and I used some of our Textured Elements  Burlap flowers.

On my first card I used our newest Burlap Blossoms in Ivory and Apricot.  I also added our trim to it in the shade of blue.

I love our Berry Clusters, I so added them in the Teal color, too.

My next card uses the same collection paper, but I dry embossed the orange paper and went over it with Blue Jeans ink from Quick Quotes to show the embossing and I quite like the look.  I loved that quote sticker and also the strips of quotes, so I used those as well.

.The gorgeous flower is from the Mixed Textured Blossom package in Ivory and once again I added white trim to my card to make it pop a little.

Hope you like these cards and that they inspire you to create something pretty with our beautiful products.

List of Petaloo products used on these cards:

Burlap Blossoms x 10 - Apricot
Burlap Blossoms x 10 - Ivory
Spring Berry clusters x 3 - Teal
MixedTextured Blossoms x 4 - Ivory
Trim Asst - Shades of Blue
Trim Asst - Whites
